Lee grew up in Swindon, England before moving to the U.S to play his junior hockey at 17. After his junior career, Lee moved back to England for two seasons at the professional level before returning to the U.S and Cincinnati, where he joined the ECHL Cincinnati Cyclones and
his passion for coaching grew.
After retiring, Lee coached U16 A

After retiring, Lee coached U16 AAA and Junior levels before becoming a goaltending-specific coach. He currently trains goalies of all ages and levels.

He has worked with goaltenders of all ages and skill levels over the past two decades from instructiona, to collegiate and also adult league students. Coach Batch has served as an instructor in clinics for Rick Heinz Goalie School, Shane Clifford Goalie School, and now, Tactical Advantage Goaltending.
Batch played for the University of Cincinnati (‘95-‘97) and spent time with the Dayton Bombers of the ECHL (‘97-‘99).
