Private lessons are ideal for individualized training dedicated to your goalie's specific needs. The personal attention allows us to be more detailed and in-depth with our goalies and work on all aspects of goaltending. Cost: $60 per hour at local rinks during "stick time."

Semi-private lessons (2:1)  is a great way for goalies to get the personal, indepth coaching they need while splitting the cost with another goalie. This process helps provide goalies adequate rest time between reps, and a chance to view and learn from their goalie partners or take on a role model/leadership position with a fellow goaltender. Cost: $50 per goalie for 90 minutes, held at local rinks during stick time.

Group skates are held at intervals throughout the year, however they are more common in the off-season. We adhere to a maximum 3:1 goalie-to-net ratio (often it's 2:1), grouped according to age unless otherwise requested. Check back for sign-up dates for our upcoming winter tune-up.

Look out for our camps throughout the season, either during the holidays or off-season. We often bring in expert guest coaches including NHL goalie coach Shane Clifford, Columbus Blue Jacket Nolan Lalonde and former Erie Otter Aiden Campbell. Stay tuned for future up-coming camps.

Don't overlook your goalie or assume shooting drills are adequate goalie training. As goalies, we play the most important position on the ice that can single-handedly win or lose a game. Have one of our professionals train your goalie during team practice so they, too, have the foundation and mentorship to get better every time they step on the ice. Permission must be issued from the teams head coach prior to the practice. Cost: $50 per practice up to 90 minutes.
